Bible verse
Mark 10:45

“For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”
What it means
Jesus turns the world's idea of greatness upside down. Real power is not being served but serving, and the King of all came to give His life so that we could be set free. Here is the pattern for every follower: love that spends itself for others rather than grasping for position. When we serve, we look most like our Lord. His sacrifice was the ransom that bought us back from sin and death, and it teaches us that a life poured out for others is the truest greatness.
Read it, pray it, live it
