Broken bread and a cup glowing in warm sacred light.

Come as you are

What are you carrying today?

You do not have to have the right words, or any faith at all, to be here. Whatever weight you are carrying, there is a place to set it down, and Someone who has promised to carry it with you.

A word before you go further

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). That invitation is for you, exactly as you are right now.

Start where you are

I am grieving someoneI am anxious, my mind will not restI feel guilty. Can God forgive me?I am lonelyI am afraid, I need strengthI am not sure God is even realI feel empty. Why am I here?Someone hurt me, and I need to forgiveMy marriage is heavyI am sick, I need healingI just want peaceI want to know who Jesus is

Honest answers to honest questions

Does God hear me?

Yes. God hears every prayer, even the ones you cannot put into words. “The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth” (Psalm 145:18). You do not need the right words, only an honest heart.

Can God forgive me?

Yes, completely, no matter what you have done. “Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” (Isaiah 1:18). Forgiveness is a gift you receive, not a wage you earn.

Why do I feel empty?

The ache many people carry is a longing that nothing in this world quite fills. Jesus said, “I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger” (John 6:35). The emptiness may be an invitation, not a verdict.

What do I do if I am in crisis?

If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself, please reach out now. In the United States, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available day and night. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency number. You are worth helping, and you are not alone.

If you are in crisis, please do not carry it alone this moment. In the US, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), day or night. Anywhere, reach your local emergency number. You matter, and help is real.
