Bible verse
Isaiah 64:8

“But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.”
What it means
We are clay, and God is the potter whose hands are shaping us still. That image brings humility and comfort at once: we are not finished, and we are not abandoned. Even the pressure we feel may be His careful forming. He does not discard the marred vessel but remakes it, and in Christ He is remaking us into His likeness. Yield to the Potter, for His touch is patient and kind, and the thing He is making is good.
Read it, pray it, live it
On The Living Bread you can read the whole chapter, save this verse, ask Simon to explain it, pray it over your life, and share it with someone who needs it today.
