“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
What it means
Spoken to a people in exile, far from home. God's thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and a future. Even in seasons that feel like exile, He has not stopped planning good for you.
