Bible verse

Romans 8:28

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

Not that all things are good, but that God is able to weave even the painful things into good for those who love Him. It is a promise to hold onto when you cannot yet see how the story ends.
