Bible verse

Isaiah 30:21

Isaiah 30:21

“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”

Isaiah 30:21 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

God promises a voice behind us, quietly correcting our course when we wander left or right. His leading is often not dramatic but faithful, a steady word for the next step. He cares enough to guide the details of an ordinary day. In Jesus that voice took on flesh, the Good Shepherd whose sheep know His call. When we listen for Him in Scripture and prayer, we find the path we could not see alone. Follow the whisper; it leads home.
