Bible verse

Isaiah 6:8

Isaiah 6:8

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”

Isaiah 6:8 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

God asks who will go, and a forgiven heart answers, send me. Notice the order: first Isaiah is cleansed, then he is willing. We serve not to earn love but because grace has already met us. The same call still goes out over a world in need. In Christ our sin is taken away, and freed people become sent people, glad to carry His name wherever He leads. You do not have to be impressive to answer, only available and made clean by Him.
