“Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.”
What it means
Charm fades and beauty passes, but a life rooted in reverence for God endures and earns lasting honor. This gently reorders what a culture praises, lifting the eyes from appearance to the soul. It is not a rulebook for women alone but a picture of worth that will not wither. Real value comes from knowing and honoring the Lord, and Christ makes that possible by giving us new hearts. What He treasures in us cannot be taken away or outgrown.
