Father, before I set out, I put this journey in Your hands. Preserve my going out and my coming in, and keep me and everyone traveling with me from all harm. Let Your presence go with us, and give us rest at the end of the road. Guard us on the way, over every mile, through whatever traffic, weather, or delay we meet, and bring us safely to where we are going and safely home again. Help me to acknowledge You in all my ways, and to trust that You will direct our paths even when plans change. Calm the nerves I carry, and let this trip be a good one. Watch over those we are leaving behind and those we are going to meet. Bless us and keep us. In Jesus name, amen.
