The Great Banquet

A man prepares a great feast, but his invited guests all make excuses. So he sends his servants to bring in the poor, the crippled, and the stranger from the roads, until his house is full.
What it means
God's invitation is wide open, but it can be declined by the busy and the self-sufficient. The table will be filled, gladly, by those humble enough to come. The only way to miss the feast is to excuse yourself from it.
