Bible verse

Psalm 100:4

Psalm 100:4

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”

Psalm 100:4 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

There is a way to come into God's presence, and it is with thanks on your lips and praise in your step, not because He needs it but because gratitude is the door that opens the heart. Blessing His name reorders how we see everything else. This is worship as homecoming, arriving glad. Through Christ that gate stands wide open, for He is the way in, and no one who comes is turned away. Begin your prayers here, counting what is good, and let thankfulness carry you into His courts.
