Who Was Ezekiel?

In short

Ezekiel was a prophet among the exiles in Babylon, given some of the most dramatic visions in the Bible, wheels within wheels, and a valley of dry bones that came to life at God's word.

He proclaimed both sober judgment and a stunning promise: that God would give His people a new heart and a new spirit.

“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”
