Bible verse

Revelation 3:20

Revelation 3:20

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

Revelation 3:20 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

Jesus pictures Himself standing at the door of your life, knocking, waiting to be welcomed. He does not force His way in; He gently calls and listens for your answer. If you open the door, He promises to come in and share close fellowship, like friends around a table. This is the heart of the gospel: the Lord of all seeks relationship with you personally. Whatever has kept the door shut, His patience has not run out. Hear His voice today, open your heart, and let Him in.
