Bible verse

Philippians 3:14

Philippians 3:14

“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 3:14 (King James Version (public domain))

What it means

The Christian life leans forward. Rather than being trapped by past failures or resting on past wins, we press on toward what lies ahead. Paul kept his eyes fixed on the prize, the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. That goal is not a trophy we earn but a Person we are running to meet. Let go of what you cannot change and strain toward Him. Every step of faith draws you nearer to the One who called you and waits to welcome you fully into His joy.
