What Does the Bible Say About Peace?
The peace Jesus gives is not the absence of trouble but His presence within it, a calm that guards the heart even when life is not calm.
The Bible offers a peace the world cannot give, rooted in being reconciled to God. When our minds are fixed on Him and our worries handed to Him, His peace stands guard over our hearts.
This peace is not something we achieve but something we receive. Jesus is called our peace, and He speaks calm into our storms just as He once stilled the sea.

How this points to Jesus
Jesus made peace by the blood of His cross, ending the war between us and God. He is the Prince of Peace, and He gives what no circumstance can, peace with God, and the peace of God. When storms rage, we can hear Him say, peace, be still, and find rest.
