What Does the Bible Say About Doubt?
The Bible does not treat doubt as the enemy of faith; it welcomes honest questions and shows a God patient enough to meet us in them.
Many faithful people in Scripture wrestled with doubt, and God did not reject them. Thomas doubted and was invited to touch the risen Jesus; a desperate father cried, Lord, I believe, help my unbelief, and Jesus answered him.
Doubt is often not the opposite of faith but part of its growth. The Bible invites us to bring our questions to God rather than away from Him, and to be gentle with others who are wrestling too.

How this points to Jesus
Jesus did not scold Thomas for doubting; He showed him His wounds. He is not threatened by our questions, and He meets honest seekers with patience. Faith is not the absence of all doubt but trusting Christ in the middle of it. He holds even those whose grip on Him is weak.
