Jesus Turns Water Into Wine

At a wedding in Cana the wine ran out, a quiet disaster for the family. At His mother’s word, Jesus had servants fill six stone jars with water, and when it was drawn out, it had become the best wine of the feast.
What it reveals about Jesus
Jesus’ first sign is one of abundance and joy, quietly rescuing an ordinary family from shame. He takes the plain water of our lives and makes it something better than we could. The best is not behind us when He is present.
