Jesus Heals the Paralyzed Man

Unable to reach Jesus through the crowd, four friends dug through the roof and lowered their paralyzed friend down. Jesus first forgave his sins, then, to prove His authority, told him to rise and walk, and he did.
What it reveals about Jesus
Jesus meets our deepest need before our obvious one; He forgives before He heals. He claims an authority only God has, to forgive sins, and backs it with power. And He notices the faith of friends who will not give up on carrying someone to Him.
