Jesus Raises Lazarus

Lazarus had been dead four days when Jesus arrived. He wept with the grieving sisters, then called into the tomb, Lazarus, come forth, and the dead man walked out, still wrapped in his grave clothes.
What it reveals about Jesus
Jesus is the resurrection and the life, master even of death and the grave. He is not distant from our grief; He weeps with us before He acts. And His voice reaches into the tomb: what is dead in you is not beyond His call.
