God’s Promises for His Presence
God promises His presence: He will be with you always, never leaving, going before you and dwelling within you.
The greatest promise is not a thing but a Person: God Himself, with us. He pledges His presence in every valley and on every road.
He promises that in His presence is fullness of joy, and that nothing can separate us from His nearness. He is closer than we know.

How this points to Jesus
Jesus is Immanuel, which means God with us, and through His Spirit He dwells in every believer. Every promise of God's presence is yes in Him. Because of Christ, we are never apart from God; He is with us now and will be with us forever.
