Whatever your circumstances, there is a place for you with Jesus. He welcomed the sick, the outcast, the poor, the prisoner, the widow, and the stranger, and he welcomes you. However life finds you

Jesus did not wait for people to have their lives in order before he came near. He went to the sick, the grieving, the poor, the imprisoned, the foreigner, and the ones everyone else had written off. Whatever season you are in, hard or hopeful or somewhere in between, you are not outside his welcome. Choose the page that meets where you are.

Come and see

You do not have to clean yourself up first, or have the words, or feel any particular way. The living Christ welcomed people exactly where they were, and he still does. You are invited to come as you are and see for yourself. The Gospel of John is a gentle place to begin, and it asks nothing of you but a little quiet and an honest look.
