What Does the Bible Say About Heaven?
The Bible describes heaven as the place of God's presence, where His people will dwell with Him forever in joy, with no more death, tears, or pain.
Heaven is not mainly about golden streets but about being with God, seeing Him face to face. Jesus told His followers He was going to prepare a place for them, and that He would come again to bring them home.
Scripture points beyond a disembodied heaven to a renewed creation, a new heaven and new earth, where God makes His home among people. It is the deepest longing of the human heart finally satisfied.

How this points to Jesus
Jesus is the way to heaven, not one way among many, but the door Himself. He came down from heaven so that we could go there, and He opened it by His death and resurrection. Heaven is not earned by good behavior; it is received as a gift by trusting the One who prepared it for us.
