What is the Kingdom of God?

Answer

The Kingdom of God is God's reign breaking into the world through Jesus. It was his central message: "The kingdom of God has come near." Not a political party or a place, it is God's rule of justice, mercy, and love, already present yet not fully here, both now and not yet.
