What does the Bible say about anger?

Answer

The Bible does not forbid all anger, but it warns against sinful, harmful anger. It urges believers to be slow to anger and quick to forgive. Ephesians 4:26 says do not let the sun go down on your wrath, meaning deal with anger honestly and quickly, without letting it fester.
