Prayer is simply talking with God honestly, out loud or silently, in your own words. You do not need special language. Tell him what is true: thank him, ask him, confess to him, listen. Start small and daily. He hears you, and he is never too busy.

You sit in shadow, feeling lost. Remember the quiet moments, the soft light through a window, the rustle of leaves. You are seen. Speak your heart, tenderly. Share your fears and hopes. There is solace waiting. In the stillness, listen for the whispers of grace. Amen.
