What Does the Bible Say About Spiritual Warfare?
The Bible tells us we are in a spiritual battle, but it also assures us that our victory is already secured in Christ, who has overcome the enemy.
Scripture is realistic about a spiritual struggle against unseen forces, but it does not leave us defenseless. It gives us the armor of God, prayer, truth, faith, and the word, to stand firm.
We do not fight for victory but from victory. Christ has already disarmed the powers of darkness at the cross, and greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Our part is to stand, resist, and trust.

How this points to Jesus
Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, and at the cross He triumphed over every power of darkness. The battle is real, but the outcome is settled: Christ has won. In His name and by His Spirit, believers stand secure, for the enemy is a defeated foe and Jesus is Lord.
