What Did Jesus Say About the Soul?
Jesus said the soul is worth more than the whole world. He calls us to weigh everything against it, because what we gain outwardly means nothing if we lose ourselves.

What Jesus is really saying
Jesus puts the soul on one side of the scale and the entire world on the other, and He says the soul weighs more. This is not to make us anxious but to reorder our loves. The things we chase will not come with us; our soul will. And the rest our soul most craves is found not in gaining more but in coming to Him.
Who these words reveal Him to be
He alone can name the true worth of a soul, weighing it against the whole world and finding the world too light. Jesus speaks as the Lord who made the soul and the Savior who came to redeem it. Nothing you could gain would buy your soul back, but He gave His life to purchase it. He is the God who values you beyond the world, and the rest your soul craves is found in Him.
Come to Him
You are more than what you own or achieve; you are a soul God treasures. Do not spend your one life gaining the world and losing yourself. Come to Jesus, and find rest for your soul.
