What Did Jesus Say About Judgment?
Jesus spoke honestly about a coming day when every life is weighed, and He said that day is in His own hands. He tells us not to frighten us but so that no one drifts toward it unready.
“the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son.”

The One who will judge is the One who came to save.

How we answer His words is the measure.

What Jesus is really saying
It is striking that the Judge and the Savior are the same Person. Jesus does not hide the seriousness of the day, yet in the same breath He hands us the way through it: hear His word, trust Him, and you are already passed from death to life. Judgment is real, and so is the door He holds open before it.
Who these words reveal Him to be
See what He claims: the Father has committed all judgment to the Son, and His word will judge the world at the last day. Only God can weigh every human life. Jesus places Himself in that seat, and then, astonishingly, offers to bear our judgment Himself so we can pass from death to life. He is the Judge who became the Savior, the Lord in whose hands our eternity safely rests.
Come to Him
You do not have to face that day on your own record. Jesus took the judgment we deserved so He could offer us His own standing before God. Trust Him, and you need not fear that day.
