What Did Jesus Say About the Narrow Gate?
Jesus spoke of two roads and two gates, and lovingly urged His hearers to choose the narrow way that leads to life. Here is what He said.
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.”

The easy, crowded way does not lead where it promises.
“Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”

The narrow way is harder to find but leads to life.
“Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.”

The narrow gate is not a thing but a Person: Jesus Himself.
Come to Him
The narrow gate is Jesus Himself, and He stands open to all who come. The way is narrow, but the welcome is wide: whosoever will may enter through Him.
