Safely home in the Lord
You miss someone who has gone ahead, and grief sits heavy and quiet. Here you can remember them tenderly, name what they meant, and hold your sorrow before God. This is not grief without hope; it is remembering in the sure promise that those who sleep in Christ are safely home.
What you can do here
Remembering in sure hope
Grief is love with nowhere to go, and here you make it a place. You can remember someone who has gone home to the Lord, recall their kindness, and hold their name gently before God. We do not grieve as those who have no hope, for in Christ death is a falling asleep and a safe arrival. Sit awhile in a house of mourning, pour out your heart in prayer, and let the risen Jesus be the ground of a hope that outlasts the grave. Sorrow is honored here, never rushed.
