Age, which we mostly do not know
This is the number a ministry working with children and youth will ask for first, so it is published exactly as it stands rather than softened.
The schema carries birth_year, is_minor and age_verified_at, but they are only populated for accounts that volunteered a birthday. The platform therefore cannot today state an age distribution for its users, and does not claim one.
What people do here
Totals since the platform opened. They are small, and they are real people.
Community spaces are private and undiscoverable unless their creator deliberately opts in. This is migration 0263's stated default. Of those 17 spaces, 17 are private and 4 have been hidden by a moderator.
Safety, so far
0 reports have been filed in the entire life of the platform, and none are open. We do not present that as evidence that nothing has gone wrong. On a platform this small it is at least as likely to mean that reporting is not yet a reflex, which is why the report menu now opens with danger to a child and why a report of that kind notifies a moderator the moment it is filed.
- We are not large. Read the counts above before deciding what we are useful for.
- We cannot tell you the age distribution of our users, because we have only just begun asking.
- We have no automated image scanning and no grooming detection. The kids and youth area of the app is switched off for that reason.
- We have not had a legal review of our policies, and we say so on the policies themselves.
