“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
What it means
Courage is commanded here, not because Joshua felt brave, but because God promised His presence everywhere he would go. The same presence goes with you.
