Honest answers

Did Jesus really rise from the dead?

Answer

Christians believe Jesus rose bodily from the grave, witnessed by hundreds who were willing to die for that claim. The resurrection is the center of the faith: it means his sacrifice was accepted, death is defeated, and everyone who trusts him will also rise.

A prayer was here before you

You sit in shadow, questioning the dawn. Remember the woman at the tomb, heart heavy, yet met with grace. The stone was rolled away, and hope breathed anew. In your quiet, know you are not forgotten. The light breaks through for you, just as it did then. Amen.

Someone in the family wrote this for whoever would one day read these words. You were thought of before you got here. If you want, a real person will pray with you, by name, at no cost and with no account. Ask them to pray with you.

Take the next step

You do not have to sort this out alone. On The Living Bread you can ask the family to pray with you, ask Simon anything about faith, read the Word, and find a church near you.
