Can I trust the Bible?

Answer

The Bible has been remarkably preserved across thousands of manuscripts, was written by many authors over centuries yet tells one unified story, and has proved trustworthy in history and in changed lives. Christians trust it because it consistently points to Jesus and has never failed those who live by it.

“2 Timothy 3:16” the Bible points here. Read more Scripture.

A prayer was here before you

You sit with questions that feel heavy. The words in those pages have held many. They have been whispered in quiet rooms and shouted in despair. Search not just for answers but for connection. The stories breathe life. Trust is a path walked with weary feet. Amen.

Someone in the family wrote this for whoever would one day read these words. You were thought of before you got here. If you want, a real person will pray with you, by name, at no cost and with no account. Ask them to pray with you.

Take the next step

You do not have to sort this out alone. On The Living Bread you can ask the family to pray with you, ask Simon anything about faith, read the Word, and find a church near you.
