The Freedom of Forgiveness

The Freedom of Forgiveness: Real Help to Forgive, to Be Forgiven, and to Lay It Down

Forgiveness is the one thing almost nobody can do on their own, and it is what people reach for at their lowest, the weight they have carried for years and cannot seem to put down. Maybe it is someone who hurt you and never said sorry. Maybe it is yourself, and a guilt that will not lift. Maybe you are afraid you have done something God could never forgive. The Bible does not hand you a slogan about letting go; it tells the truth about how deep the wound goes and then does what willpower cannot. It hands you a Person who forgave from a cross and now gives you the grace to release what you could never release alone. Each page below meets one hard place honestly, holds grace and safety together, forgiveness never means returning to harm, and follows it to the place where we were forgiven first. Forgiving one another, Scripture says, even as Christ forgave you.
