Learn to see through the eyes of Christ
So much clamors for your attention, and not all of it is worth your dwelling. You were made for what is true, honest, and lovely. Here you can pause and quietly ask how a thought, a word, or a choice looks in the light of Christ, and let Him steady your mind.
What you can do here
A quiet check before you let it in
The Christ Filter is not a judge and it holds no divine authority; it is a habit of pausing. Before a thought settles or a word is spoken, you weigh it against what is true and honest and pure, and let Christ shape your seeing. Pair it with the Mirror to notice what stirs in you, steep in Scripture through the Bible, and carry the harder questions into prayer. Discernment grows slowly, as trust in Him grows.

Meet Jesus · Read the Word · Bring it to prayer · Reflect in the Mirror
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.", Philippians 4:8
