What Did Jesus Say About the Will of God?
Jesus lived to do His Father's will, even when it cost Him everything. He teaches us to want what God wants, and He shows us that God's will is our true home.

What Jesus is really saying
Jesus shows that the will of God is not a heavy fate to endure but the path He Himself walked in love, even to the cross. He teaches us to pray, not as I will, but as You will, and He proves that this surrender is not loss but the way into life. To do God's will is to be at home in His heart.
Who these words reveal Him to be
He lived wholly for the Father's will and, in Gethsemane, chose it over His own life for our sake. Jesus is God the Son, delighting to do the will of the One who sent Him, even to the cross. He is the Lord whose surrender saved us and the Savior who teaches us to pray, Thy will be done. In Him the will of God is revealed not as a burden but as the love that gave everything for us.
Come to Him
