What Did Jesus Say About Angels?
Jesus spoke of angels as real servants of God, watching over the small, rejoicing over the found, and one day gathering His people home. They serve the God who came to serve us.

What Jesus is really saying
Jesus never makes angels the center; He makes them servants of a loving God. They watch the little ones, rejoice over the repentant, and gather the redeemed. Most striking of all, He could have called legions of them to rescue Him, and He did not, so that He could rescue us instead.
Who these words reveal Him to be
The armies of heaven were at His command, twelve legions of angels ready at His call, and He laid that power down to save us. Jesus speaks of angels as their Lord, sending them to gather His people home. Here is God among us, served by heaven yet stooping to a cross. He is the King the angels worship and the Savior who chose our rescue over His own rescue.
Come to Him
You are watched over by more than you can see, by a God who commands the armies of heaven and yet gave Himself for you. Trust Jesus, and you are kept by that same love.
