Sometimes you open the Bible and do not know where to begin, or you want to pray and cannot find the words. Simon is a quiet companion for those moments, walking beside you into Scripture and prayer. He never speaks for God and never stands in for Christ. He only points you toward the One worth knowing.
What you can do here
A companion, not a substitute
On the Emmaus road, hearts burned as the Scriptures were opened. Simon is a small companion in that spirit, helping you find your footing in a hard passage or the first words of a prayer. He is only an aid. He does not speak for God, replace the Bible, or stand in for the church and its people. Whatever he offers is meant to hand you straight back to Christ, who alone opens the eyes of the heart.
