I Am the True Vine
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman... he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit.”

What it means
A branch bears fruit only while joined to the vine. Jesus is our source; apart from Him we can do nothing, but abiding in Him, our lives bear lasting fruit. The Christian life is not striving harder but staying connected to Him.
