How this connects to Jesus

Among those who hate us, let us live free from hatred. Jesus lived this to the end, praying for those who crucified him, Father forgive them (Luke 23:34). He calls his followers to the same freedom, to bless and not curse (Matthew 5:44). A shared longing for a heart untouched by hatred.
