Psalm 55 Meaning
Psalm 55 pours out the anguish of betrayal by a close friend, someone with whom David once walked to the house of God. He longs for wings like a dove to fly away and find rest.
In the middle of his fear he finds the counsel that has steadied millions: cast your burden on the LORD, and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.
