Today’s Bread: Psalm 91:1-2
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.”
Psalm 91:1-2 · King James Version (public domain)
Today’s reflection
A door creaks open, revealing a dim room where shadows linger. There, in the quiet, a heart beats heavy with worry. The promise comes softly: shelter in chaos, a refuge when storms rage. Trust isn’t easy today, but the shadow offers rest. In Christ, I find my hiding place.
Pray this today
God, I feel lost this morning. The weight is too much. Show me your shelter. Help me to trust, even when it's hard. I need you to be my fortress. Just keep me close. Amen.
