The Bible honours rest as God's own design, not a reward for the productive but a gift woven into creation. When even the strong grow weary and the young stumble, Scripture promises that those who wait on the LORD renew their strength. God is not asking you to run on empty; he built rest into the rhythm of life and invites you into it.

Jesus himself withdrew to rest and pray, and he invites the worn-out to take his gentle yoke and find rest for their souls.
