How this connects to Jesus
I am the Spirit seated deep in every creature’s heart, Krishna says; from me they come, by me they live. Scripture affirms that in God we live and move and have our being (Acts 17:28), and that his Spirit can dwell within us. Yet the Gospel adds a note of relationship: this indwelling is not simply our deepest identity but the presence of a God who loves us and invites us to know him as Father.
