How to play
- Choose the depth: a gentle level for new rooms, deeper levels for people who already trust each other.
- Draw a card. One question appears, large, for the whole room.
- Take turns. Answer aloud, or hold it silently. Both are prayer.
- Draw another, change the depth, or carry your answer to the altar and turn it into a prayer request.
- Stop whenever the room has said enough. Nothing is recorded.
A session, start to finish
Someone opens the game and reads the first question aloud. The room goes quiet, then someone answers, then someone else. Change the depth when the room is ready. Draw again. There is no round to finish and no score to tally; groups usually stop when one answer has landed so squarely that the next question feels unnecessary. Some carry that answer to the altar and turn it into a prayer request before they leave.
