Today’s Bread: Psalm 139:14
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”
Psalm 139:14 · King James Version (public domain)
Today’s reflection
You are not an accident or a rough draft, you are the careful work of God, made with wonder woven into your very frame. On days you feel forgettable, this verse insists that heaven knows you by design, not by mistake. The soul that grasps this rests differently in its own skin. In Christ that worth is sealed, for the God who made you also came to redeem you at great cost. You were fearfully and wonderfully made, and you are dearly wanted still.
Pray this today
Father, as I carry identity today, let this word from Psalm 139:14 be more than ink on a page. Make it true in me. Quiet what is anxious, steady what is shaking, and draw me nearer to Jesus, in whose name I pray. Amen.
