Today’s Bread: 2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 · King James Version (public domain)
Today’s reflection
The door creaks as I push it open, revealing a room filled with yesterday's shadows. I stand there, clutching the weight of old choices and regrets. But light spills in, promising something fresh. In Christ, even the hardest mornings can shift toward hope and renewal.
Pray this today
I feel stuck today, like I can’t shake off the past. I need you to show me the newness you promise. Help me see it, even when it’s hard. I’m tired of carrying old things. Amen.
