Today’s Bread: Galatians 5:22-23

Galatians 5:22-23

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

Galatians 5:22-23 · King James Version (public domain)

Today’s reflection

A half-full glass sits on the table, the sunlight catching the water's edge. You sip slowly, tasting the bitterness mixed with sweetness. Love and joy can feel distant, like a song you forgot. Yet, in these moments of struggle, Christ stands nearby, offering a quiet strength that can grow inside you.

Pray this today

God, it feels heavy today. I don’t have the energy for joy or peace. Help me find the small things that matter. Remind me that you’re here, even when I can’t see it. Amen.
