Paul wrote those words to workers with hard, unglamorous jobs, telling them their daily labour was service to Christ himself. That reframes everything. The spreadsheet, the shift, the meeting, the customer in front of you, done with integrity and love, are offered to God. You do not need a pulpit to serve him; you need a desk, a till, or a toolbox, and a heart turned his way.
